Security deposit is the amount blocked on the credit card by pre – authorization and depends on the franchise amount for each vehicle group. Once the preauthorization is released/ unblocked upon closing the rental agreement, it is no longer available for charge, and should be accessible on your account within days, depending on the bank.

You can pay with credit card ( VISA, Mastercard and Diners Club) and your debit card as well.

Vehicle pick up/drop off out of working hours is optional. Afterhour fee may apply.

Vehicle can be delivered/ returned to other locations. Delivery/collection fee may apply.

You can travel outside of borders of Croatia only with written approval by Avia rent a car.

In case of traffic accident you need to call the police - 112, and have their report. In case of breakdown contact us at any of listed telephone numbers. Avia rent a car provides assistance 24/7.

Child seats and navigation devices are additional equipment. Additional equipment can be ordered when making a reservation or during rental period.

You can extend rental period by telephone or in person with priror notice at least 24 hrs.
