        NOTICE

        ON THE METHOD OF FILING A WRITTEN COMPLAINT

        Pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, Item 3 of the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services ("Official Gazette" No.: 130/17, 25/19, 98/19,42/20 and 70/21), the service user is allowed to file a written complaint at the business premises, and

        Receipt of the complaint submitted by the service user will be confirmed in writing without delay, and we will respond to the written complaint in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
