FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) HOW CAN I MAKE RESERVATION?

Simple! Reservation can be made through our web page,on line or simply contact us via mail adress or call us at any of our listed telephone numbers. We are here at your service!

2) IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP/DROP OFF THE VEHICLE AT OTHER LOCATIONS?

Yes, vehicle can be delivered/returned to other locations. Delivery/collection fee may apply. Contact us for details.

3) IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP/DROP OFF THE VEHICLE OUT OF WORKING HOURS?

Yes, vehicle pick up/drop off out of working hours is optional. Afterhour fee may apply. Contact us for details.

4) WHEN AND HOW CAN I ORDER ADDIDIOTNAL EQUIPMENT(GPS,CHILD SEAT...)?

Additional equipment can be ordered when making a reservation or during rental period.

5) WHEN AND HOW CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AND WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY IT?

Additional insurance (SCDW) can be ordered when making reservation or when accepting the vehicle. Details listed in term and conditions, paragraph 7.

6) CAN THE VEHICLE BE USED/DRIVEN BY OTHER PERSON?

Yes. Additional driver must be listed in rental contract. Details in terms and conditions, paragraph 1.

7) CAN I USE THE VEHICLE OUT OF BORDERS OF REPUBLIC CROATIA?

Yes, only with written approval by Avia rent a car. Details in terms and conditions, paragraph 1.

8) HOW CAN I EXTEND RENTAL PERIOD?

Yes, by telephone or in person with priror notice at least 24 hrs. Details in terms and conditions, paragraph 2 and 4.

9) WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN?

In case of traffic accident you must call the police-112. In case of breakdown contact us at any of listed telephone numbers. Avia rent a car provides assistance 24/7. Details in terms and conditions, paragraph 6 and 10.

10) HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION AND DO I NEED TO PAY FOR IT?

Cancellation is made in writting, via mail or fax. Details in terms and conditions, paragraph 2.
